In this video, I provide clear proof that the Probate Commissioner blocked me from speaking during my motion for an evidentiary hearing, demonstrating a lack of understanding as to why the case was before him. This should have been in front of the District Court Judge, who has been handling my case for years. It's clear the judge is relying solely on the incorrect narrative provided by Laura Deeter, ignoring the facts and evidence on the record. He falsely claimed that I never filed a motion, yet the very fact I was in a hearing proves otherwise.
The Commissioner accepted Deeter’s explanations without any supporting evidence and denied me the opportunity to present the truth. If he had reviewed the full case and evidence as claimed, he would have known I filed the motion. This behavior reflects a system afraid of exposing the truth, as seen by the court's previous attempts to tamper with the case record and schedule improper hearings.
