Evidence Ignored: Court Record Tampering, Probate Commissioner Suppresses Evidence for Lying Counsel
In this video, I present proof that the Probate Commissioner ignored key evidence of court record tampering, leading to an improper hearing. He was shocked by the number of pleadings on the record, proving he hadn’t reviewed the case. He didn’t realize there were two cases or that my case appeal statement was a 112-page submission with essential documents like the notice of appeal and transcript forms.
Despite my motion clearly stating "no hearing requested," a hearing was improperly set, and the Commissioner wrongly assumed I was trying to replace the district court’s fraudulent blank case appeal statement. His denial of my motion, which didn’t need a hearing or ruling, shows he hadn’t reviewed the evidence and was acting on false information from the objectors' counsel, Laura Deeter. This setup was designed to get another judge to deny a motion that was already MOOT but not for the reasons the commissioner says it is, all to protect the district court judge from appearing biased.
Watch the September 27, 2024 hearing, where the Commissioner refused to let me speak, likely fearing the truth I could reveal. What started as a case for justice for my elderly father, who suffered abuse and neglect, has devolved into protecting egos, with the courts favoring lies over the truth.
What’s the point of a trust if the court can violate it and steal my rightful inheritance? I have evidence supporting my claims, while the objectors’ are false. Yet, the court continues to ignore the facts, allowing deception to drive its rulings. This is a blatant failure of justice and a violation to my constitutional rights. You can NOT take away someone's life, liberty or property without DUE PROCESS! Then they lie in the order saying that the evidence was taken into considerations and the facts of the case were fully briefed, which these hearing videos clearly prove otherwise.
