The Nevada Supreme Court will review an appeal filed by Karina Singer—trustee and beneficiary of the Steven J. Singer Trust and Estate—in light of serious allegations of judicial and attorney misconduct. Evidence presented by Ms. Singer alleges that the court system has mistreated pro se litigants, indigent parties, and the elderly.
